Network – International Learning Animals Camp Autumn 2019

After the intense Summer Camp experience, we are getting ready and preparing for what will be the 5th Learning Animals International Camp Experience.

During the first days of October, from Thursday the 3rd until Sunday the 6th, Dutch-Italian-English and possibly others will blend in the Learning Animals dimension and will create again another heroic experience within a socio-cognitive context. The inspiration for this edition comes, as the Summer edition, from ‘Le Terre Rosse’ – The Red Earth – where more than 30 years ago, Francesco walked his trail adventures together with the Tolfetan horse Morello and other horses.

The Camp Experience will be open for Learning Animals Network participants, bringing an indepth practice experience and a theory and practical understanding of the concept of Animality, based on the Learning Animals socio-cognitive model. This full-immersion therefor requires a continuity in practice and awareness in daily life, facilitated by the Network updates.

A unique possibility to share, in an international dimension, the values of Learning Animals in an intens and rich experience, further moving on towards a new coexistence.

Program:

The camp will start at Thursday-afternoon, October the 3rd and finish on Sunday-morning the 6th. The camp-activities will mostly take place within the Mountains near the Ligurian sea, a Mediterranean setting with olive trees and red rocks and earth, hence the name.

Opening will take place on Thursday-afternoon, at the camp location (see below) starting to create a map of the location where the participants will stay. On Friday there will be a further development of movement, perception and vertical ‘quadruppedia’. The middle-earth near the sea will be part of the Camp scenario again, and after two days of intense experiences, participants will meet at the Learning Animals hill, for an ‘Animality adventure’.
